Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Temple Partners is committed to upholding recognised human rights through the way we operate. We have a ‘Code of Ethics’ in place which demonstrates our commitment to trading ethically and fairly. We are also committed to improving our practices to ensure we effectively combat slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business and our supply chain. We expect our suppliers, contractors and other business partners to maintain standards consistent with our commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking.

Organisation Structure

We are a provider of management consultancy services to clients in the Financial Services sector. Our head office is in Douglas, Isle of Man. 

Our supply chains include the procurement of (i) general business services, for example, corporate services and specialist advisors; and (ii) sub-contractors and associates who provide niche and technical support for our client engagements. 

Our Commitments and Policies

Our anti-slavery commitments (contained in our ‘Code of Business Ethics’) reflect our requirements to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. These commitments also require us to implement effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. 

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place in our business we have in place systems and policies to:

  • Identify and assess potential risk areas and unethical behaviour

  • Ensure that we only work with suppliers who abide by our ‘Code of Business Ethics’ or adhere to similar principles and ethical guidelines

  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring

  • Protect whistle blowers

  • Investigate all claims of unethical behaviour

Although section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 does not generally apply to businesses operating solely in the Isle of Man, Temple Partners voluntarily adopts the principles of section 54 as a framework for identifying, assessing and addressing modern slavery risks within its business and supply chains.

We include contractual requirements requiring our suppliers and relevant business partners to comply with applicable anti-slavery and human-trafficking laws and to maintain appropriate policies and controls to prevent modern slavery.

Approval and Financial Year

This Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Temple Partners (IOM) Limited for financial year ending 1st March 2027.
